To book an appointment, please click the button below. You'll be prompted to sign in or sign up for JaneApp in order to book your appointment.
Client Agreement
Before your first appointment, it is required to sign off on a Client Agreement. The agreement is administered via platform called Jane. (You may have already received an invoice, receipt or booking confirmation from this platform).
Follow these steps to access your client agreement:

- Click on the button below
- On the top right corner, click Sign In or Sign Up
- Once logged in, you should now be on your 'My Account' page
- On the left hand side list of options, click the third option down 'Intake Forms'
- Click 'Fill Out Intake Form'
NOTE: If there is no Intake Form appearing at this point, email Dennis and he can re-issue the form to you.
Methods of Payment
We only accept Interac e-Transfers for payment. If you are not familiar with your bank's e-Transfer process, click the button below for more information. Email transfers should be sent to info@dennisdiontherapy.com.
Joining Your Online Appointment
We use the Jane platform to conduct online video therapy sessions. Here's how to join:
- Once you have a scheduled appointment time, you will receive an appointment confirmation email.
- When the appointment is about to start, click the link on the appointment confirmation email.
- Cannot find the email? Log into your Jane account at the button below. Click upcoming appointments on the left hand menu, then click the blue begin button next to your video appointment. Your counsellor will show up on the screen at the start time of our session. OR send your counsellor an email and they can re-send you the link.
Jane recommends using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox on your desktop or laptop computer.
NOTE: If you use SAFARI, the appointment will be AUDIO ONLY. If you are on an IOS device (iPhone or iPad), you will be prompted to download the Jane online appointment app where video is enabled.
